Welcome to GLP-1 Assist ("GLP-1 Assist," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, public resources, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

This document provides legal information and service terms. GLP-1 Assist is a personal tracking and organization tool; it is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers. Additional terms may apply to specific features, promotions, creator programs, clinic support materials, referral programs, or add-ons, and will be presented when applicable.

2. Description of Services

GLP-1 Assist provides member-facing tracking and organization tools designed to help people using GLP-1 medications stay consistent with routines and better understand their personal patterns over time. Features may include, for example:

GLP-1 routine tracking and reminders.
Symptom and side-effect logging.
Nutrition, hunger, hydration, digestion, and routine logs.
Body metrics, measurements, and progress photo documentation.
Active fitness and workout tools, including workout building, exercise library search, scheduling, guided workout sessions, conditioning options, workout results, progress tracking, and fitness summaries.
Pattern recognition, insights, and summaries, including optional AI-assisted features.
Optional member-initiated exports or summaries.
Educational content, social media content, creator content, clinic support materials, Sheer Lifting Foundation content, referral resources, directory resources, and lead magnets.
Link-out functionality to third-party recipe, video, provider, social, or other sources.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Medical, Fitness, and Nutrition Disclaimer

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

GLP-1 Assist is a personal tracking and organization tool. It is not a healthcare provider, medical device, regulated clinical software, clinical monitoring service, personal trainer, dietitian, physical therapist, or emergency service, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice or care.

The Services are designed to help you track patterns and stay consistent with your routine, including nutrition, activity, and workout routines. Fitness and workout features, including guided sessions, exercise libraries, results, and summaries, are informational and organizational only and are not a substitute for medical advice, physical therapy, personal training, dietitian services, or professional exercise guidance.

GLP-1 Assist does not automatically send member data to providers. Any export outside GLP-1 Assist is optional, member-initiated, and controlled by you.

Healthcare Provider Relationship

You acknowledge and agree that:

GLP-1 Assist does not replace the relationship between you and a licensed healthcare provider.
You should always seek the advice of qualified professionals for medical questions.
Any insights, summaries, fitness summaries, workout-history views, or pattern views provided by the Services are for informational and organizational purposes only.
Public social posts, creator content, clinic materials, Sheer Lifting content, directory information, lead magnets, and app insights are informational only and should not be treated as medical, fitness, nutrition, or professional advice.
You should not delay seeking care or disregard professional advice based on information from the Services.
In an emergency, call emergency services immediately.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you enter into the Services and for how you use any outputs, insights, workout sessions, or fitness summaries. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise routine, especially if you have medical conditions, symptoms, injuries, pregnancy, or other concerns.

Fitness and Workout Risk

Physical activity involves risk. You are responsible for using judgment, choosing appropriate exercises, stopping if something feels unsafe, and seeking professional guidance when needed. GLP-1 Assist does not guarantee fitness, weight, strength, body-composition, symptom, medication, nutrition, or health outcomes.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain the security of your credentials.
Promptly update information as needed.
Accept responsibility for activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. The Services are not intended for minors.

Account Termination

You may delete your account through your account settings if available. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your conduct is harmful to the Services, other users, or third parties.

5. User-Generated Content and Copyright

5.1 Definitions

"User Content" means content you submit, post, upload, paste, type, or otherwise provide through the Services, including recipe notes, meal entries, comments, images, and links. User Content may include content you created or content you obtained elsewhere.

User Content also includes testimonials, reviews, ratings, feedback submissions, display names or nicknames provided with those submissions, and public testimonial text if you submit those items through GLP-1 Assist.

5.2 Your Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to submit and use your User Content in connection with the Services.

5.3 Recipe and Food Content Standards

We respect the rights of creators and expect users to do the same. When using manual entry or community features:

Ingredients and factual data: Ingredient lists, nutrition facts, and other factual data are generally considered factual information and may be recorded for personal logging and organization.
Narrative instructions and expressive text: Headnotes, stories, and substantial narrative instructions may be protected by copyright. You agree not to copy and paste substantial copyrighted expressive text from third-party sources without permission.
Best practice: Where you are saving a recipe from a third-party source, we encourage you to use a link to the original source or summarize steps in your own words rather than reproducing third-party expressive text.

5.4 License You Grant to GLP-1 Assist

You retain ownership of your User Content as between you and GLP-1 Assist. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant GLP-1 Assist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and otherwise use your User Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services, including generating summaries, insights, and user-requested exports.

If you share User Content in community features if offered, you also grant the limited right for that content to be displayed to other users consistent with your sharing settings.

5.5 Content Moderation; Removal

We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content at our discretion, including if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights. We may remove content without prior notice.

5.6 Testimonials, Reviews, Ratings, and Feedback

If you submit a testimonial, review, rating, or other feedback to GLP-1 Assist, you are responsible for making sure it is truthful, based on your own experience, and does not include information you do not want reviewed by GLP-1 Assist or potentially displayed publicly if approved.

By submitting a testimonial or review, you grant GLP-1 Assist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use the testimonial or review in connection with GLP-1 Assist, including on our websites, app surfaces, marketing pages, social posts, emails, and promotional materials. You also allow us to display the optional display name, first name, or nickname you provide.

We may edit testimonials or reviews for spelling, grammar, formatting, length, or clarity, but we will not intentionally change the meaning of your statement. We are not obligated to publish any testimonial or review, and we may reject, remove, unpublish, or follow up on submissions at our discretion. Lower-rated feedback may be routed for customer-care follow-up and is not automatically published.

Testimonials, reviews, and ratings reflect individual user experiences and do not guarantee medical, medication, weight-loss, fitness, nutrition, strength, body-composition, or health outcomes.

5.7 DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy; Repeat Infringers

GLP-1 Assist responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement and, where appropriate, removes or disables access to allegedly infringing material.

Submitting a DMCA Notice. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at:

Your notice should include, at minimum:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice. If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with the information required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringers. We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

The Services may allow you to store, display, or follow links to third-party websites, applications, or platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, recipe sites, provider sites, or other sources ("Third-Party Services").

No endorsement / no control. We do not own, control, or endorse Third-Party Services, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Link-out functionality. When you use a link-out feature, you are leaving GLP-1 Assist and your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and accuracy. We do not guarantee Third-Party Services will be available, accurate, or up to date, and we are not liable for issues arising from your use of them.
Social media content. GLP-1 Assist social posts, founder posts, creator posts, comments, DMs, and public launch content are informational only and do not create a professional relationship or individualized advice.

7. AI Features and AI-Generated Content

7.1 AI Features Generally

Certain features may use machine-learning or AI systems to help you organize information, generate summaries, identify patterns, or create illustrative images (collectively, "AI Features").

7.2 Accuracy Disclaimer; No Reliance

AI is probabilistic and may produce errors, omissions, or unexpected outputs. You should verify important information, including nutrition estimates, ingredient lists, serving sizes, workout suggestions, pattern views, and summaries, against reliable sources and professional guidance where appropriate. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical decisions.

7.3 AI-Generated Images

If the Services generate images of food, meals, or other visual materials, those images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual finished dish, ingredients, preparation method, body composition, or fitness result.

7.4 Ownership and Rights

As between you and GLP-1 Assist:

You retain rights in the inputs you provide to the Services, subject to the license you grant us in Section 5.4.
To the extent GLP-1 Assist has any rights in AI-generated outputs created specifically for you through the Services, GLP-1 Assist assigns those rights to you for your personal use, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights.

7.5 Prohibited Use of AI Features

You agree not to use AI Features to generate or attempt to generate content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates law, or violates these Terms, including content designed to impersonate others or mislead users.

8. Referral, Creator, Affiliate, Clinic, and Promotional Programs

GLP-1 Assist may operate referral, creator, affiliate, clinic, Sheer Lifting, founder, directory, lead-magnet, or other attribution and promotional programs. Eligibility, crediting, compensation, reporting, and program participation may be governed by additional written terms, campaign rules, or direct agreements.

Referral programs may offer a friend or referred user a promotional trial, such as a 14-day trial, when they sign up through an eligible referral link. Friend referral trials may differ from standard trials. Trial length, eligibility, available features, expiration, and conversion terms will be shown at sign-up or in the applicable campaign materials.

We may track referral links, referral-code use, signup starts, trial starts, paid conversions, reward eligibility, thank-you status, and related anti-abuse information so that we can operate the referral program, prevent self-referrals or fraud, and decide whether to send a thank-you, credit, gift, or other benefit to the referring member. Referral codes may be subject to eligibility limits, self-referrals are invalid, duplicate or abusive accounts may be rejected, and we may withhold or reverse credit for fraud, abuse, false claims, or misuse. We are not obligated to provide any particular reward unless a specific written campaign rule says otherwise.

Participants in these programs agree that:

They must make required disclosures when they may receive compensation, commission, credit, free access, gifts, or another benefit from promoting GLP-1 Assist.
They may not make false, misleading, deceptive, medical, clinical, diagnostic, treatment, fitness-outcome, weight-loss, medication-outcome, disease-treatment, or guaranteed-result claims about GLP-1 Assist.
They may not state or imply that GLP-1 Assist is a healthcare provider, medical device, clinical monitoring service, personal trainer, dietitian, physical therapist, or emergency service.
They may not state or imply that GLP-1 Assist sends member logs, app data, or exports to providers, clinics, creators, advertisers, or social platforms.
They may use approved public descriptions of GLP-1 Assist as a tracking and organization system, but must not misrepresent pricing, features, privacy practices, or availability.

We may suspend, withhold credit, terminate participation, or require correction of public claims if program activity is misleading, noncompliant, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Submit or share false, misleading, or unlawful content.
Provide medical advice to other users as a substitute for professional care.
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services.
Access other users' accounts or private data without authorization.
Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Harass, abuse, or harm others.
Share copyrighted material without permission, including copying substantial expressive recipe text.
Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Services or underlying systems.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Services except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
Misuse referral, creator, affiliate, clinic, promotional, or attribution programs.

10. Subscription and Billing

Subscription

GLP-1 Assist may offer paid subscription plans and free trials. Plan features and pricing are described at the point of purchase.

Billing and Payment

For paid subscriptions:

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.
Payments, taxes, invoices, and related billing operations may be processed by Polar as our merchant of record or payment provider.
Payment is due in advance and may be automatically charged to your payment method.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, after which paid features may be suspended unless you resubscribe.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, trial terms will be disclosed at sign-up or in the applicable campaign materials. Trial length may vary by campaign, referral, promotion, or product test. If you do not convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial, paid features may end.

11. Intellectual Property

GLP-1 Assist Property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, documents, support-kit assets, creator-kit assets, clinic materials, and functionality, are owned by GLP-1 Assist or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.

Feedback

If you provide general feedback or suggestions about GLP-1 Assist, you grant us the right to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without compensation or attribution. Testimonials, reviews, and ratings are also subject to Section 5.6.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of member information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

GLP-1 Assist does not automatically send member data to providers. Exports or summaries, including fitness or workout summaries, leave GLP-1 Assist only when you initiate and control that action.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing necessary to provide requested features, first-party attribution, lifecycle and feedback-request communications, signed testimonial links, billing, support, security, and AI Features if enabled by you.

13. Limitations of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for any particular medical, fitness, nutrition, or business outcome.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLP-1 Assist will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY

Our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

14. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings if available or by contacting support.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you:

Breach these Terms.
Engage in conduct harmful to the Services or other users.
Violate applicable law.
Fail to pay required fees for paid plans.
Misuse referral, creator, affiliate, clinic, promotional, or attribution programs.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. We will delete your account and associated data within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it longer.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms, by email, or by in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
