3. Medical Disclaimer

Healthcare Provider Relationship

You acknowledge and agree that:

User Responsibility

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

To use certain features of Glp1Assist, you must create an account. You agree to:

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscription

Glp1Assist offers the Essentials plan, a comprehensive subscription that provides access to all features including tracking, pattern insights, and shareable summaries.

Billing and Payment

For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• Payment is due in advance and will be automatically charged to your payment method
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account access will be suspended until you resubscribe.

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial of all Essentials features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to subscribe to continue using the service. If you choose not to subscribe, your access to premium features will end.

7. Intellectual Property

Glp1Assist Property

Glp1Assist and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Glp1Assist and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all health data and content you provide to Glp1Assist. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data to provide our Services
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for research and service improvement
• Create insights and reports based on your data

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Glp1Assist, you grant us the right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without compensation or attribution.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of Glp1Assist shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you:

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Glp1Assist will cease immediately. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days of termination, unless legally required to retain it longer.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of Glp1Assist after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
